According to research, more than 20% of Poles experience stress at work every day. In this respect, we are at the forefront of Europe. Stress may cause increasingly frequent chronic diseases, weakness of the digestive system, insomnia, lack of concentration, etc. In addition, stress reduces our effectiveness at work. Stressful atmosphere inhibits the development and performance of the team. Although stress at work cannot be avoided completely, there are many methods of dealing with it and its undesirable effects.

DURING THE WORKSHOP THE POWER OF TRANQUILITY, THE PARTICIPANTS:
-learn simple breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques,
which reduce the impact of stress on the body and mind and which can be used in everyday work situations,
- will also learn how the nervous system functions, how it can be influenced and cared for,
- thanks to the combination of tools from the area of work with the body, creativity and group process, the workshop will allow them to become aware of the sources of stress, the most frequent reactions to stress and the possibilities of working with them.
